On November 5, the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) grandly commenced. That afternoon, the "Premium Wines & Gourmet Debut in China – Mutual Benefit for a Shared Future" Australia-China High-Quality Wine & Food Launch and Business Collaboration Forum took place at the Primus Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao. The event featured 18 Australian exhibitors debuting over 60 new products in the Chinese market, with signed agreements totaling more than RMB 200 million.

Distinguished guests, including Shanghai Municipal Government Deputy Secretary-General Liu Ping, Qingpu District Acting District Chief Jin Xiaoming, Shanghai Commerce Commission Deputy Director Shen Weihua, and Australia-China Agricultural Industry Association Chairman Wilton Yao, witnessed this milestone.

A standout moment was the debut of Ausmooth, an innovative Australian白酒 (baijiu) that masterfully blends Eastern elegance with Western craftsmanship. This fusion product became a highlight of the event.

Notably, Ausmooth secured a five-year procurement agreement worth AUD 30 million with Nuzhen International, showcasing its exceptional quality and market potential while setting a new benchmark for Australia-China collaboration in premium beverages.

The evening culminated in an Ausmooth-sponsored gala dinner, where Australian and Chinese entrepreneurs celebrated future partnerships over glasses of this groundbreaking spirit.
