Launched in 2023, Ausmooth’s baijiu—a hybrid of Chinese fermentation and Western whiskey distillation—became a star at CIIE 2024, earning rave reviews from experts and consumers alike.
Market Success:
After securing major orders at CIIE and Chengdu’s Sugar & Alcohol Fair, Ausmooth gained backing from Austrade and the Victoria State Government, with plans to enter Dan Murphy’s and Coles soon. Interest also surged from Taiwan (China), South Korea, and Southeast Asia.
